SMOKING
We kindly ask you to only smoke in outdoor areas.

TOILETS
Please do not throw toilet paper or trash in the toilets and use the provided dustbins.

BUILDING
Please be conscious of noise disturbances in the building. Our terrace is open until 10 pm due to the Silence Law in Rio.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
According to local laws, it is forbidden to throw parties in the building and to play loud music after 10 pm. Although visitors are allowed, an extra fee will be charged per extra guest that overnights. Prior permission from homeowners and their names must be provided.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Our check-in is at 1 pm and check-out at 11 am. A member of our team will always be there to assist you. If you would like a late check-out, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, or if any item is damaged or missing, please inform us immediately.

DEPARTURE
Make sure you do not leave any personal items behind upon departure.

RESPONSIBILITY
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, or for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

FINES
Guest shall be responsible for any fines that may be incurred due to violation of any laws. Payment of the fine shall be made before departure, as soon as homeowners are notified as to the motive and value of the fine.

KEYS
Guest will be given sets of keys. If one or more of these set is stolen/missing/lost, please notify us immediately. For security reasons, door locks will have to be change, as well as 6 new sets of keys (3 for the guests, 1 for housekeeper, 2 for owner). A 200 US$ fee from the deposit will apply to cover the charges.

Cleaning services - meeting your needs. Whether it's a basic or full cleaning, our team is committed to making you feel at home in a clean and tidy home. Includes maid service, apartment cleaning, clean dishes and change of towels and sheets. Investment of 200 BRL per day

Laundry - We offer a complimentary load of laundry per reservation, additional laundry available upon request for R$60.
